When in Mexico


Enjoy local cuisine!

So I'm back to school, after sabbatical years off school, taking only English and craft classes I finally took the courage to enroll in official, credited and PAID college classes.

To my luck, since nothing comes easy, my first week is also the week I was assigned to a business trip to Mexico City. It's pass midnight and I cannot get the Blackboard to launch and I already have homework to be delivered this Wednesday.

Go figure.

Because I am a responsible student, I ordered room service and stayed in to cover good two chapters of an extra text, while enjoying a good portion of guacamole, ceviche and sashimi. A bulletproof coffee cup and lots of water. Going strong on the diet.
