I guess all what really takes is a bit of effort in the kitchen. Meal done in less then 15 minutes. Daughter love it. I love it. Going strong for a better life.
Ingredients
- 1 Poached Egg
- 1 cup of Kale
- 1/3 of Onion copped
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
In a skillet sauté the onions on olive oil until they become clear color, add the tomatoes and the kale, and cook for a few minutes until kale is soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to the plate and add the poached egg on top.
