Why Don't We Make Spiced Carrot Baby Cakes with Amaretto Cream Cheese Frosting

It's summer, and is not summer without some sweets to savor.

We went to our visit our family where they served homemade baby cakes and I just fell in love with them. They are basically cupcakes, but with more cake texture.

It was such a treat that I had to try tem. So here's a recipe I found by a North Carolina blogger Carrie from Bake No Prisoners, she has several recipes there that I encourage you to try.
